Description:    When people say they’re not creative, they’re usually referring to artistic skills such as painting or drawing. While it’s true that not everyone will be a professional artist, all of us have the ability to create and find joy in our creative efforts. There is increasing evidence-based research indicating that creative expression and positive psychology practices can be healing and beneficial for our mental and spiritual health.

In this noontime webinar, you will explore how to support and sustain your mental health and spiritual unfolding through expressive art. You will learn daily practices that can help you connect or re-connect with the naturally curious, creative, and wise parts of yourself that may have become lost in the business of daily life.

You will also participate in guided exercises that combines a blend of positive psychology, behavioral science, expressive art, ritual, and energy work. You will learn which parts of the brain is engaged and what makes the overall exercise beneficial, giving you a deeper understanding of how powerful and integrative these kinds of expressive tools can be in supporting your well-being and bringing greater meaning and fulfillment to your life.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. Attend the live session or listen to the recording within one week to receive incentive points.
